CoinCorner Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in the Isle of Man ("CoinCorner") are committed to being fully compliant with all applicable Isle of Man data protection legislation in respect of personal data, as well to safeguarding the rights and freedoms of persons whose information the Company collects pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation as applied to the Isle of Man ("GDPR").
CoinCorner is the Controller of all personal data used in our business for our own commercial purposes. By registering to create a CoinCorner account through coincorner.com or any other mobile applications or API (“Site”), you agree that you have read, acknowledged, understood and have agreed to all of the Terms within this Privacy Policy. In this Privacy Policy, the terms "CoinCorner", “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the company CoinCorner Ltd. Depending upon context, "CoinCorner" may also refer to the Services, products, Site, content or other materials provided by CoinCorner.
The service operated by CoinCorner allows users to send, receive and to store Digital Currency ("Services"). CoinCorner also provides Exchange services through which users can transact with GBP and Euros to buy and sell Digital Currency with CoinCorner.

Amendments
CoinCorner reserves the right to modify and amend this Privacy Policy. However, it remains your responsibility to check this Privacy Policy from time to time to ensure that you still agree with it, your continued use of the Site will be deemed to be your acceptance of any changes we make. What Personal Information CoinCorner may Collect.

Upon registration of your CoinCorner account, to allow us to provide the Services sought by you, we may collect the following personal information;
- Your legal name;
- Your photographic identification, including a high-quality image of your government issued identity; passport, national identity card, and driving licence;
- Your current residential address;
- Your e-mail address;
- Your banking details including account numbers;
- Your date of birth;
- Your occupation and;
- An acceptable document confirming your current residential address and billing address if different.

Through your use of CoinCorner Services we have access to and may collect information regarding, but not restricted to;

- As part of the registration process automated decision-making takes place. We use electronic systems to make a decision without human intervention in respect of assessing whether you match the eligibility criteria as set out in our Terms of Use to open an account with us. We use automated decision-making as it is necessary to perform the contract with you and appropriate measures are in place to safeguard your rights.
If you fail to provide certain information when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have entered into with you or we may be prevented from complying with our legal obligations (such as our Anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism obligations). This may result in us suspending, deactivating and/or cancelling your CoinCorner account in accordance with our terms of use. Your photographic identification would be considered “Special Category Data” and requires higher levels of protection. We are required to have further justification for collecting, storing and using this type of personal information. We have in place appropriate safeguards which we are required by law to maintain when processing such data. We process this special category of personal information to carry out our legal obligations, for us and for you to exercise rights in connection with your contract with us and to mitigate the risks to you of identity theft.
